FRECUENCIA DE PRACTICA

Con esta asana se realizan de tres a seis repeticiones, hacia cada lado. FAVORECE: músculos de piernas, pelvis, abdomen y espalda. Ayuda a tomar consciencia de la lateralización corporal.

TÉCNICA

De pie, cabeza y tronco en vertical, manos en la cintura.

• Se flexiona la pierna y se deja ir el cuerpo, despacio y con suavidad hacia el lado izquierdo.

• Se permanece un instante y se vuelve a la posición inicial, se descansa un instante y se repite el mismo ejercicio hacia el lado derecho.

• La frecuencia de esta asana es de tres a seis repeticiones con cada lado.

• Efectos favorables en músculos de las piernas, pelvis, abdomen y espalda.

FREQUENCY OF PRACTICE

With this Asana are performed three to six replicates, to each side. Favours: muscles of the legs, pelvis, abdomen and back. It helps to become aware of body lateralization.

TECHNICAL

Standing: head and trunk upright, hands on hips.

• The leg is flexed and the body lets go slowly and gently to the left side.

• It remains a moment and return to the starting position, rests for a moment and the same exercise is repeated on the right side.

• The frequency of this asana is three to six repetitions on each side.

• Favourable effects on muscles of the legs, pelvis, abdomen and back.

INTROSPECCIÓN

Practicar el principio de estiramiento/distensión durante la ASANA. Dicho principio enseña que durante un ejercicio físico de Yoga TODO el esquema corporal ha de estar estirado al máximo (nunca tenso) durante el movimiento (etapa activa). Al finalizar dicho ejercicio, el practicante de Yoga vuelve a la distensión corporal (etapa pasiva), relax del cuerpo y la mente.

Principio del Estiramiento en una ASANA

Es importante tener en cuenta que durante la "etapa activa" de los ejercicios físicos de Yoga debe hacerse por estirar todos los músculos del cuerpo.

MEDITATION YOGA

Practicing the principle of stretching / relaxation during Asana.. This principle teaches that during physical exercise Yoga entire body schema has to be stretched to the limit (never tense) during movement (active stage). At the end of that year, the practitioner of Yoga returns to the body distension (passive phase), relax the body and mind.
